Plans, billing, and cancellation

This page covers how plans, billing, and cancellation work on gtme.business — what each tier includes, how upgrades are charged, when searches reset, and what happens when you cancel.

Free to start

Every new account gets 20 free searches — a one-time grant, no credit card required. Free accounts can search every country, export to CSV, and use the same data fields as paid plans. Supabase sync is the one capability reserved for paid tiers. When you’ve used the free searches, you can subscribe to keep going. Create a free account to try it.

The plans

There are three paid tiers, each billed monthly:

Starter — $35/month
Pro — $75/month
Business — $150/month

Every plan includes access to all 200+ countries, full CSV export, and the complete set of up to 11 fields per business record. Higher tiers carry larger monthly search allowances. Pro and Business add Supabase sync, which writes results directly into your own database with records deduplicated and upserted so repeat searches don’t create duplicates.

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade at any time. If you’re already on a plan, the change takes effect immediately and the charge is prorated automatically — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing period, and your new allowance applies right away.

Managing your subscription

Billing is handled through Stripe’s secure customer portal, which you can reach from your account. From there you can:

View your current plan and next billing date
Upgrade to a higher tier
Download invoices and update your payment method
Cancel your subscription

When searches reset

Subscription searches reset on your billing date each month. Unused searches do not roll over to the next cycle, so it’s worth planning larger searches before your reset rather than letting an allowance lapse. The 20 free searches are a one-time grant and do not reset.

If you need extra capacity within a billing cycle, you can buy one-time search packs on top of an active Starter, Pro, or Business subscription.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you keep any unused searches through the rest of that period. When the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier. There’s no penalty for cancelling, and you can resubscribe whenever you’re ready.
