These terms govern your use of gtme.business (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

The service

gtme.business lets you search business listings from Google Maps by category and location and export the results as CSV or sync them to your own database. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service and any exported data lawfully and in compliance with applicable laws, including data-protection and anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.
• You are solely responsible for how you use exported business data, including any outreach you conduct.

Plans, credits, and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
• You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current period.
• One-time credit packs are available to active subscribers.

Your data and content

You retain rights to the data you export or sync. You are responsible for ensuring your use of that data complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, gtme.business is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as set out in the finalized terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service.
