Call List

A call list is a focused set of businesses to phone, each row carrying the name, number, and qualifying details a rep needs to dial and have a useful conversation.

A call list is a structured set of businesses or contacts that a salesperson plans to phone, with each row carrying the phone number and the context needed to make the call worthwhile. It is the working sheet outbound calling runs against — names, numbers, and qualifying details lined up so a rep can dial through them efficiently rather than hunting for who to call next.

What separates a useful call list from a raw export is fit and reach. Every row needs a real, current phone number, and the businesses on it should match who you actually want to talk to — the right category, in the right places. Extra context helps reps prioritize and open the conversation: a website to glance at before dialing, a rating and review count to gauge size and reputation, an address to confirm you have the right location. A tight list of the right numbers beats a long list you have to filter mid-shift.

With gtme.business you build a call list by searching a Google Maps business category across the locations you care about, drilling down by country, state, or city. Each search returns up to a few hundred matching listings — a focused slice, not a city-wide census — with name, address, phone, website, Google rating, review count, categories, business hours, and a Google Maps link. Business hours are especially handy for call lists, since they tell you when a given business is likely to pick up. Export the result as a CSV on any plan, or sync it into your own Supabase database on the Pro and Business plans, deduplicated as it goes.

One honest note on scope: a gtme.business call list is built for the phone. It carries phone numbers, websites, and Google Maps links, but no email addresses or owner names — those are not part of Google Maps data, and the phone numbers come straight from Google unverified, so expect the usual share of disconnected or wrong numbers any directory carries.
