Lead list

A lead list is a structured set of potential customers or accounts, usually held as rows in a spreadsheet or database, with the contact and qualifying details a team needs to reach out.

A useful lead list does more than name businesses — it carries the fields that make outreach possible and prioritizable, such as phone, website, address, category, rating, and review count. For local sales and marketing, that lets you sort by relevance, segment by area, and skip records that do not fit.
