Prospect List

A prospect list is a curated set of potential customers you intend to reach out to, with the contact and qualifying details a sales or marketing team needs to act.

A prospect list is a curated set of potential customers — prospects — that a sales or marketing team plans to contact. Each row names one business or account and carries the details needed to qualify and reach it, such as phone, website, address, category, and rating. It is the working list outreach runs against, narrower and more deliberate than a raw data dump.

The difference between a prospect list and a generic export is fit. A good prospect list is filtered to businesses that match your ideal customer — the right category, in the right places, with signals you can act on. For local outreach, fields like rating and review count help you sort by relevance and skip records that clearly do not belong, so reps spend their time on accounts likely to convert rather than working through noise.

With gtme.business you build a prospect list by searching a Google Maps business category across the locations you care about, drilling down by country, state, or city. Each search returns up to a few hundred matching listings — a focused slice, not a city-wide census — with name, address, phone, website, Google rating, review count, categories, GPS coordinates, business hours, and a Google Maps link. You export the result as a CSV on any plan, or sync it into your own Supabase database on the Pro and Business plans, deduplicated as it goes.

Note what a gtme.business prospect list does and does not include: it carries phone numbers, websites, and Google Maps links you can use to reach a business, but no email addresses or owner names — those simply are not in Google Maps data.
