Review count

Review count is the total number of customer reviews a business has accumulated on a platform such as Google, indicating how much feedback it has received over time.

Review count measures volume, not sentiment — it tells you how many people have left a rating or written feedback, separate from the average score itself. A high review count often signals an established, active business, while a low or zero count can flag newer or less-engaged listings. For lead generation, review count is a useful filter and prioritization signal: each gtme.business record includes both the review count and the Google rating, so you can sort or segment a list by how much traction a business has before you reach out.
